By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

1. Definitions

• "Vendor" refers to any business registered on the Platform to list products or services.
• "User" refers to any individual or business using the Platform to view, purchase, or interact with vendors.
• "Sales Rep" refers to authorized individuals assigned by Tarevisos to manage vendor accounts.

2. Eligibility

To use Tarevisos, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Businesses must be registered with a valid CAC certificate and meet all platform verification requirements.

3. Account Registration

Vendors must complete a two-phase registration process:

1. Apply through tarevisos.com/apply with required documentation.
2. Upon approval, vendors receive login credentials to access shop.tarevisos.com.

Users may register to manage orders, track shipments, and save preferences.

4. Store Use and Conduct

Vendors are responsible for:

• Accurate product listings with high-quality images
• Timely fulfillment of orders
• Ethical business conduct

Tarevisos reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that:

• Upload misleading or offensive content
• Engage in direct off-platform solicitation
• Breach user trust or violate local laws

5. Subscription Plans

Tarevisos offers time-based subscription tiers (Free, Premium, Enterprise). Paid tiers may include:

• Increased product slots
• Enhanced customization
• Frontpage visibility
• Analytics tools

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, design, and media, is the property of Tarevisos or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Privacy and Data Use

We collect and store user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Vendors and users must not misuse or sell personal information gathered via the Platform.

8. Trust & Verification

Vendor verification is based on business type (Manufacturer, Wholesaler, Supplier). TIN may be required for certain B2B interactions. Tarevisos reserves the right to request further verification.

9. Disclaimers

Tarevisos acts as a marketplace intermediary. We do not manufacture, store, or inspect items sold. Disputes between buyers and vendors will be resolved per our Dispute Resolution Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tarevisos is not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, or incidental damages
• Vendor delays or order issues
• Losses resulting from reliance on Platform content

11. Termination

Tarevisos reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user or vendor account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

12. Amendments

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
